Q1. Adzan notification is not working. Why ?

Kindly make sure that the setting for adzan notification has been enabled in the Muslim Go application. You can enable the adzan notification through Prayer Time Feature, tap on the prayer time (for example Subuh) and select the desired Mu'azzin for the adzan notification.

  Q2. How to set Adzan notification volume?

You can adjust the adzan notification volume through the Phone Application Volume. Kindly set the volume as per your preference.

  Q3. How to set Pre Adzan Notification?

You are able to set Pre Adzan Notification and Reminder by tapping on the 'Prayer Time Feature'. Next, you can select and tap the desired prayer time (for example Maghrib). On top of the screen, you can see the 'Notification - Pre Adzan Reminder', tap on it and select minutes as your preference.

  Q4. Where is the source of Muslim Go's Prayer Time schedule ?

We strictly follow Islamic Religious Council for the prayer time schedule. For example such as in Malaysia, we follow prayer time scheduled by JAKIM (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia), Indonesia scheduled by SIHAT (Sistem Informasi Hisab Rukyat Indonesia) and for Singapore scheduled by MUIS (Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura.
